Wow – this is amazing! Its another one of those “where have you been all of my life” products. I put a few basic spices, salt and pepper grinders, and flavored oils, which are now all in easy reach. My range has a slight downward curve on that top piece and this flattens it out perfectly. Strong magnets hold the shelf securely. There is also no possibility of anything falling behind stove because there is a small upright barrier which blocks space between the wall and back of the stove.
I recently had the opportunity to try out the Stove Top Shelf with Magnetic Spice Rack and I must say, I am impressed! This product is designed to help optimize kitchen space and make cooking more efficient, and it does exactly that.
One of the standout features of this product is that it is dishwasher safe, making it incredibly easy to clean up after spills and messes. The premium silicone surface effectively repels spills, and the entire unit can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. This is a huge convenience for busy cooks who don’t have a lot of time for cleaning up.
The versatile design of the Above Stove Shelf seamlessly integrates with flat-top stoves, providing compatibility with a wide range of models and adding a modern touch to any kitchen. The magnetic shelf is also incredibly useful, with 3 practical compartments that help create a clutter-free cooking area and keep all your essential cooking ingredients at arm’s reach.
Product is a shaped soft rubber tray that is lightly magnetized to sit on top of your stove control unit (where the clock and controls are) and stay there without slipping. Has nice stiff raised rear 1.25 inch border, a lower front border, and holds a normal range of McCormick-like bottled spices, salt, pepper mill, etc., to be handy when cooking. I really liked it. It is built to fit any depth of control unit and since most stoves sit next to the wall, I placed mine where it used the wall as a backstop. Mine is black which matched my stove color. Folds in half lengthwise for storage. Very pleased with it. Good quality.
